Shipping & Delivery

Apazelle has many warehouses in different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
Apazelle ships to all major North American & European countries as well Australia & New Zealand. 

Processing time for each order is 4 business days and items generally arrive within 16-20 business days. 

In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you more than 25 days, please send us an email at apazellebrand@gmail.com and we will find out the whereabouts of your order.


International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
